David is a creative, eco- conscious designer in the LBC with years of education experience. He is an accomplished grower in all water- efficient methods including aquaponics and hydroponics. He currently lectures at Cal State Long Beach in the Department of Design and can be found sharing his knowledge at various garden works shops in town.
Matthew has a deep passion for aquaponics. He completed the aquaponics internship at USC's Wrigley Institute on Catalina Island and quickly chased opportunities to continue his work. He is graduating soon from USC Dornsife Environmental Studies with an emphasis on oceans, life and people.
Cat comes to Ourfoods with a heart for urban ag and a mind for growing the vision. Her work extends from a rooftop farm in New Orleans to greenhouse production at LAUSD and helping people live heathier lives.
Natalie, a junior at USC studying Environmental Studies with a minor in Photography & Social Change, has long had a passion for environmentalism and plans to pursue a career in environmental policy or journalism.
Diane is an environmental studies major at USC. She comes to us form the Food for Thought- Aquaponics internship program currently running in LAUSD Schools. When she is not growing food she can be found in the desert rock climbing.
